An educational Y-90 radioembolization dosimetry reference for qualified healthcare professionals.

Y90 Dosing is not a medical device and is not cleared or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority. It is an educational reference tool. Every result must be independently verified, and confirmed against the current package insert for the product in use and your institution's protocols, before it informs any clinical decision.
Y90 Dosing implements published dosimetry formulations for yttrium-90 microsphere radioembolization — glass (TheraSphere®) and resin (SIR-Spheres®) — along with vial activity and decay reference tools. You enter one or more perfused territories, choose single-compartment or partition dosing for each, and the app solves for the activity required — showing the working. Each case is computed with its own product's published constants. It does not prescribe, recommend, or determine treatment.
The app runs entirely on your device. It requires no account, sends nothing anywhere, and collects nothing.
The Settings tab contains a guided tutorial that walks through a complete worked example on the real screens. It takes a couple of minutes, assumes no familiarity with the app, and removes its own example data when it finishes.

Suspected calculation errors are taken seriously. When reporting one, it helps to include the product and the model used for each territory, the inputs entered, the result shown, and the result you expected.
The app is provided free of charge and support is offered on a best-effort basis, without any guarantee of response time or resolution.
