Y90 Dosing

Privacy Policy

Effective 4 August 2026 · Last updated 4 August 2026

The short version

Y90 Dosing collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising, and it sends nothing anywhere. Everything you enter stays on your device, and only you can move it off.

1.Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the iOS application Y90 Dosing ("the app"), published by Abhishek Goswami ("we", "us"). It describes what the app does and does not do with information.

2.Information we collect: none

The app does not collect, transmit, or receive any information about you or your use of it. Specifically, there is:

Every calculation is performed on the device. The app sends nothing to us or to anyone else, has no server of its own, and works normally with the device in airplane mode.

The app contains a small number of links to this website — the full Terms of Use and this policy. Tapping one hands off to your browser, which then loads the page as it would any other. That request is made by your browser, not by the app, and it carries nothing about you or about anything you have entered.

3.What is stored on your device

Three kinds of information are written to the app's private storage area on your device:

None of this is transmitted anywhere. We cannot see it, retrieve it, or recover it.

You can delete saved cases individually within the app, or remove all app data by deleting the app from your device.

One thing outside our control: if you have iCloud Backup or encrypted device backups enabled, iOS may include the app's stored data in those backups as it does for other apps. Those backups are managed by Apple under Apple's own terms, and are not readable by us.

4.Do not enter protected health information

The app is a calculation tool, not a medical record system. It is not a HIPAA-compliant environment and offers no safeguards appropriate for protected health information.

Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, accession numbers, or any other information that identifies an individual. Use non-identifying labels for saved cases and for territory names. If you enter identifying information anyway, you are responsible for the consequences of doing so.

5.Exporting and sharing

The app can produce a PDF summary and a plain-text summary of a case. Both are generated locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded during generation.

When you use the iOS share sheet to send one, you choose where it goes — mail, messages, a file destination, a printer, the clipboard. At that point the information leaves the app under your direction, and the privacy practices of whatever service or person receives it apply. Sharing a document that contains information you entered is your action and your responsibility.

Anything you typed into a free-text field — the case label, territory names, indication, location — appears in these exports exactly as you entered it. Review before sharing.

6.Third parties

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection software.

Apple collects its own information in connection with App Store distribution — downloads, and crash reports if you have enabled sharing them with developers. That collection is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not this one. Any App Store statistics we receive from Apple are aggregated and anonymised, and cannot identify you.

7.Children

The app is a professional reference tool intended for qualified healthcare professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

8.Your rights and choices

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give people rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal information held about them. Because we hold no information about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete, and no data to sell or share — we do not sell or share personal information, because we have none.

All information you have entered is under your direct control on your own device, and can be removed at any time by deleting the case or the app.

9.Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. If a future version of the app collects information in any way, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
